After 15 years of personal training + health coaching literally over thousands of clients, there is one thing I know for sure: regardless of your goal, creating healthy habits is the key to life-changing, sustainable results.

 

While I am happy to lead you through your workout or help you figure out what to make for dinner, the truth is: you probably already know what you SHOULD be doing. (At least to an extent.) The question is: why aren't you?

While there are many legitimate factors outside of our control that can get in our way (hello, 2020), if we don't start by choosing the options that support our goals (and then repeating consistently), we've failed before we've even started.

Over 40% of our daily actions are out of habit; our brains are literally designed to depend on habits - otherwise, they would be overwhelmed with all of the choices we face every day! So why not take the responsibility of making decisions out of the equation? Why not leverage habits to make your life easier + more enjoyable?

 

WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?

 

My healthy habits program is a hybrid of group + 1:1 coaching, education + practical application. It's one thing to know + understand how habits work; it's another to put it into practice. My program features many of the advantages of working with a personal health coach, at the cost + flexibility of a group program.

 

Most importantly, the tools you learn + skills you acquire over the course of 4 weeks will serve you for the rest of your life, no matter what your goals are or what obstacles you face.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH HEALTHY HABITS FOR REAL RESULTS?

  • 4x 45 minute group coaching calls, Sundays at 8pm ET (January 10, 17, 24, 31) 

    • Each call will cover a specific topic, include research-based theories + practical strategies for implementation; session notes will be provided prior to call for review. We'll cover:​​

      • Habits + Tendencies​

      • Motivation, Willpower + Goal-Setting Strategies

      • Overcoming Stress, Triggers + Obstacles

      • Strategies + Solutions for Long-term Success

    • Calls will include time for participation + questions; it's highly recommended you attend live for the greatest impact!

    • Each call is recorded + sent after session

    • Value: $200

  • 2x 30 minute 1:1 personal health coaching sessions

    • ​Prior to your initial coaching call, you will complete a brief intake form so that we can optimize our time + I can provide a customized plan for success

    • Your first call will focus on identifying your goals + any obstacles you foresee, and coming up with a strategic game plan

    • On your second call, we will reflect back on what worked (and what didn't), adjust + refocus as needed so that you can continue to move in the direction of your goals

    • Value: $200

  • Support of a like-minded, goal oriented community

    • While not required, it's highly recommended to partner up with an "accountability buddy" to help support one another during the program. Those who are interested should contact me directly to facilitate.

  • Lecture notes + suggestions for additional resources

  • Email support available during program (response within 24 hours)​​

  • Try before you buy: If you are interested, but apprehensive because you have not previously worked with me, you can attend the initial group call for $50; if you choose to continue with the program, your payment will be applied to the total​ cost.

  • Register with an accountability buddy: The benefits of an accountability partner cannot be emphasized enough! Although you will have the support of the group + of course me, being laser focused on your goals can require extra attention. Sign up with a friend + you'll each receive $20 off the program price.
